. Randomly getting into my car as usual going somewhere my subs werent working. Amp light was on but bass knob switch light was off. Thought this is weird so checked my 40amp fuses on amp and all 3 are blown. At this point im very confused so just drove to autozone and grabbed 3 more. The cars off and I go to put a new one in and once the metal it and kinda like a very light shock little but noticeable hit me and the whole amp on gain side just started smoking. Nothing was on and it dead completely. honestly not a dam clue and bought 2months ago New. Guess I gotta send it back but in general same thing could happen with next one just need to fix the problem before hand.

The amp may have plain failed, or you have a dead short. The fuses may have saved the amp once. And when you tried the fuse again phoooof. Magic smoke.

Or it may have cooked it the first time. Check your fuse on the power wire, check power wire, and ground... But that amp is toast.

My guess your power wire is touching metal in your car somewhere.
