tbeats Posted May 21, 2014 Report Share Posted May 21, 2014 Ok so got a galaxy s5 on a early upgrade but had to give up my unlimited data ugh... well I talked to Verizon at *611 an told them I just wasn't happy an wanted to send it back. The guy told me that was fine an that also my contract an plan would go back as nothing had changed. .. well on 5/19/14 I do as the return label said slapped it on the box an take it to the post office the lady scanned im after I have to buy a roll of tape to tape up the box an ask is this all I replied yes an she says have a great day... so all I have is the tracking that was included with the Verizon return slip that came with the phone... its been well over 24 hours now an I have no updated tracking at all its like its never been scanned it at the post office. . I cant afford to get stuck in a 2 year contract now for nothing. . I dont know what to do... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Next time take it to a UPS Store . they should be able to post office as well.
