While it's a very strong joint when done properly it probably isn't something you want to try on your first build due to the added difficulty. You would need a router (preferably a router table) and two different bits to make the joint. I think I would stick with the Kreg . yeah.... lol i think they creg would be a little easier but thats a pretty legit way
