Any tips on building a box in my trunk?

While it's a very strong joint when done properly it probably isn't something you want to try on your first build due to the added difficulty. You would need a router (preferably a router table) and two different bits to make the joint. I think I would stick with the Kreg .

yeah.... lol i think they creg would be a little easier but thats a pretty legit way

See if you're able to partially put together the box and put it in the trunk, then build.

That really helped me because I was able to glue and attach the double baffle to the bottom and side before putting it in the trunk.

yeah my trunk can take a decent size box throught the trunk opening im hopeing i can get alot of it built outsidde
