GassenD Posted May 27, 2014 Report Share Posted May 27, 2014 I know a lot of people hate on them, but the Hifonics BRX amps arn't that bad, a buddy of mine has the Brutus 1700.1 and I bought the BRX 2000D.. Mine are D4 subs so I have them wired down to 1 ohm and they slam.. My SA 15's did a 145.6 right out the box on that amp.. It is very power hungry, but if you got D2 ohm subs and you'll wire them to 2 ohm it won't be that bad.. They'll still do good @ 1400 Watts..
