smalller pulley

Yea, I'm thinking that despite the alt testing OK (It is the same stock amp that was rebuilt 3 yrs ago), the alt is junk like KyLar96 said. Could that be? Should I begin the long tedious process of trying to locate a open/shorted circuit or assume that the alternator is just not working despite being repeatedly tested OK and spring for a new HO one??? I hate working/planning on assumptions. I'm gonna hook up voltmeter to alternator first and see what up. Thanks for hearing me out.
