Would be nice if the 12's could face forward or rearward instead of upward. 2 12's would also work in a smaller enclosure than the single 18. Current system: 1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s Previous systems: 2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz. 1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz.

The 18" is in a small enclosure (6 ft^3) but that's big enough for the SSD. Its tuned high (42 hz) because I couldn't get the port big enough to get it lower. That box is 15" high. The 12s would face forward.
