LemonyGuy
Is there any amp better than the ta30001d for the price? Want power on a budget. If needed I can save but I don't want to, I want the power now.

Krakin
^^ Readying > You $300 is the budget and is in the title. Krakin's Home Dipole Project http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/186153-krakins-dipole-project-new-reciever-in-rockford-science/#entry2772370 Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist? I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . . What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself but what has drawn your attention in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears, thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener. LemonyGuy
Decent Car audio doesn't exist where I'm at. You find boss and shit. Once every now and then you can find a decent small setup but never any big amps. What is there in the 400 buck range that does some good power? I was looking at Crescendo or AQ but tell me something I don't know about.

LemonyGuy
So pretty much pick between Crescendo or AQ? Also, I didn't get much on the Soundstream Amp, are they really bad? I read some where they don't do rated and they were clamped at 2600 which I'm ok with.

LemonyGuy
Might be worth a shot? I was thinking one for now and down the line add another in the loop.
