Guest Posted March 22, 2008 Report Posted March 22, 2008 My friend is getting ready to buy his first real sound system. But we're having trouble deciding which subs to get. I've heard both the SR's and Momo's personally but never the Q. He wants to have a sound system that sounds loud bass-wise and to hit 30-40hz. The SR's are $200-400 a piece, the Momo's are around $150, and i dont know how much the Q's are. Which sub do you think would hit the most? -Thanks
Chris Posted March 22, 2008 Report Posted March 22, 2008 With the right box, the q's simply because they are 1000w rms each. They sound great too... 4 15" FI Q D2's in 12 cubes tuned to 32hz 1- T1000.1bd's 3 Maxx 29 deep cycles 4 runs of 1/0 gauge -Big 3 -Trunk sealed off from the cabin Custom 15.8 dual-volt switching MLA module All in a CAR.
Guest Posted March 22, 2008 Report Posted March 22, 2008 alright thanks, he doesnt have that much money saved, but he will buy the whole system in sections. first he will buy the sub, then the amp/wiring etc. the basic 12" Q is around $260. how do you think the Momo's might compare with this?
