Datboifred Posted July 11, 2014 Report Posted July 11, 2014 I currently have an 2003 jaguar x type with a optima red top under the hood and a suriken 45 amp hour battery in the trunk (all wired with 4 guage) and just purchased a DD 2512 (3200 watts peak 750 rms) from a friend. I have been told it can handle 1000 rms easily. I still have my 2.25 ported pro box from my old set-up with a 2006 kicker zx750.1 sub amp. Would you recommend this box and amp set-up for this sub or some totally different? I would like to get the hardest hitting set-up possible with this sub. Any advice is appreciated.

It also gives you two types of box plans: compact for limited space and full size. Depending on your needs. From the looks of it, you're .25 cuft short.... Datboifred Posted July 12, 2014 Author Report Posted July 12, 2014 Thanks, I wouldn't think that its should be a huge difference in the 2.25 and 2.50. Would you still recommend something bigger as far as the amp goes?
