I now have a orion xtr3700 and is louder way louder to the ear at 4 ohm then the and brz at 1 ohm. Was 740$ and rated at 3700wrms @1 ohm 12.6v. there are a lot of choices. Anyway, with a budget of 800 bucks. There is quite a few options for some beef amps.
