BigManAC Posted August 20, 2014 Report Share Posted August 20, 2014 A friend if my just got a X15 and wants to put it on a SQ2200. 1) should I tell him to use another amp or will the sub be able to handle that much power. I've heard that people have put them on a lot more power than recommended but almost double?! 2) if it will work, how big of a box. All of the designs I find are on a 1.2k or 1.5k amp.
