Dual alternators ftw. I had the same problem with my kit, belt was too short. So short that it was smoking on the alternator pulleys when I first started up, but I didn't get a new belt, there are three different positions for the idler pulley on the bracket, so I moved the pulley down to the lowest spot and it did the trick.

Anyway, pod look good man.

Looks like its cutting bit close with gap between pod and dash..looks good though..

second pod turned out better than first one. i pulled the fleece much tighter than the first one, and i only had to put matt on the inside,after 2 coats of sun flash on the outside.

everything is good except one little spot. i should have put the pods in the door panel when i put the resin on, but i tried to get away with it.

this little spot is way short,i will try to build it up,and make it look better.

Just got around to checking this out for the first time. It's coming along really nice!

thanks, i got the smaller belt on. It ended up being a total inch and a half smaller than the one that came in the kit. Voltage is much better now.

decided to go with a vinyl that matched the interior for the pods.

after several hours of heating and stretching,i finally got one done.its still not perfect,but I'm happy.
