If you used the exact same wires everywhere, and the old amp just worked when you swapped it out then it's not your RCA cables. Where do you have a slave/master switch? Because I'm not seeing it on that amp. Do you have your filters set correctly? Sure you have your RCA plugged into the input and not the output?
