Its like it isn't turning on if anyone has a wiring harness diagram can you please share it with me

When youre testing with a DMM, however when cruising (or anything above a certain RPM range) the ALT kicks on. I had this same problem, I thought initially it wasnt charging at all but then realized it was simply not even turning on to charge until 750+ I hope this helps somehow.
