Rich Schenk Posted September 30, 2015 Report Share Posted September 30, 2015 i put computer fans 2 on each side sucking in air and 4 behind my dc 5k pushing air on it and on the other side 2 fans sucking in air and fans behind each mids and highs amps pushing air on them. just make sure you get comp fans that push a decent amount of air that our quiet or u will hear them. Shenker Posted October 8, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 8, 2015 From last weekend, had very limited time to work on it, and ran into an issue as you see I ended up adding a 1x6 to the sides to give it a clean look, the slot is where the skid mounts to the truck. This delayed me probaby 4 hours of troubleshooting trying to figure something out. turned out good I think, gave the sides a beefier look as well. Shenker Posted November 2, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 2, 2015 10 hours of work Saturday/Sunday and here we go. Didn't get a chance to take any pics of it complete yet as it was dark. I had it playing for 5 mins and then I ran into a yet unsolvable and strange issue with the remote wire somewhere im trying to track down. Both amps, all the fans, and my power light on the RCA control knob all went off. I think a fuse must have blew somewhere but I cant find it and I was pissed off and will figure it out when i get a chance to look at it this week I hope.
