yurvalentine Posted November 1, 2014 Report Posted November 1, 2014 Whats that? Hifonics..something maxxsonics right? MB Quart, pretty sure it's the same amp. Onyx series 1000.1, I think I bought it in 2012.
Afficionado Posted November 1, 2014 Report Posted November 1, 2014 i tested an RAA2400 with the AMM-1....needless to say it didn't even close to passing the test. If you have any questions relating to nutrition, lifting, or health in general, feel free to give me a PM and I will give you straight forward advice with no BS involved.
Deep Bass Dreams Posted November 1, 2014 Author Report Posted November 1, 2014 Truth to say this amp was shit..it made good # for the price. It probably did about 600-750w. That's decent for the price. But then again it is not reliable clipped allot if I tried to squeeze more power out of it. The coil on my sa 12 is shiny new copper. I'm happy it was not spewing dirty electricity to it. That's one good thing. The amp was a bon fire at best...kept me warm thought winter. It did a number on my stock battery back then. Killed it and I had to replace my whole electrical. Big 3, die hard platinum. I'm never purchasing anything maxxxsonics ever in my life. Sorry that MB quart became shit. All the old ppl said it was cool that I was running MB quart...but little did they know how much shit the brand has become. Lessons learned from buying commercial products. Now I only run gear like Incriminator, b2, zapco and anything else with night quality and standards.

About a year ago I took 2 12" power acoustic mofos and made one sub. I took the magnet and the motor off of one and j b welded it to the other motor and magnet. I had to wind my own voice coil so it would work. After I was done hooked up to 2 boss 5000w amps. And shattered my back and all my side windows came to this thread to recommend soundqubed and ct sounds. OP goes with soundstream. oh lawd.

Also. it was a Interstate battery and no big 3. let me also add that around 600 daily...when i wanted some real performance i had to turn the gain up a little. voltages was then incorrect, in those situations the battery was being abused. i was not being unreasonable eater, was just tying to bump a little and the only way to get a little bass was to improvise.
