StigA
Here is my baffle bracing (don't look too close at the welds.. ) A little update. Roof got some bracing. 3 layers of sound deadener. Then one 1/2" birch glued and bolted through the roof. Another 1/2" birch glued and screwed to the first layer. Its pretty strong now, compared to how it was. Some fiberglass bondo on the seal off, and also started some sort of center console which I might re-do later. But have to get the car playing for a meet very soon. 8 gauge wire for the woofers and mounted the batteries in the back again. Had insulation tape between them. The subwoofers had direct leads, which caused a messy wiring. I will try to do it cleaner so cut off the direct leads and soldered on some crimp connectors. Also painted the rear stickers with black Plastidip. Painted the wall black and white. And the horn is reloaded It will need more bondo / bodyfiller and sanding to look perfect, but I don't have time now so I'll have to do it later this year. Next up is building new door panels, mount the speakers, mount the amps and wire everything and hopefully it works again

StigA
Thanks! Had to get the car ready for a meet in short time so finish is not on point.. Oneday door panels, not exactly as I wanted, but they work temporary. Did not have time to bodyfill/sand etc so they are just raw fiberglass finish. Amp's are in and wired. Then I had to figure out how to wire the woofers so it looks okay, and possible to remove later. Had an idea that looked good in my head, but in reality it looks more like spaghetti mess Got it playing the night before the meet. Think it actually is quieter than last time.. and it does not like lower bass so good any more (35hz and down..) Could it be the cabin volume that is smaller? And the roof still flexes alot!..But got to the meet, had alot of great demos. Even got a 1.place in peak and a 3.place in average measuring on music in show spl. StigA
Well, here is a hairy update.. haha I could have used a lot of hours, days, weeks of sanding, bondo, sanding, bondo etc and make the roof, wall sides etc baby smooth and paint them. Or I could buy one can of spray glue and some long haired fur Added some lights. Took a triangular wood piece, mounted RGB-led strips to it and plastidipped it black.
