SQL50 Posted November 23, 2014 Report Share Posted November 23, 2014 Hey guys, I'm about to order two Ev3 8s dual 2's for a 2001 Chevrolet blazer 4 dr, powered by a Rockford Fosgate R500X1D. It's for my gf and she doesn't want to sacrifice a lot of cargo area for it or I would get bigger subs. I roughly measured the max dimensions of the cargo area, H 15" to the top of the backseat, about 35" W, and about 28" D. I've played around on Torres and come up with H 12", W 35", D 12.25. Port dimensions H 10.5", W 1.75", L 24" tuned to 34.96 hz after displacements, with 12.50" sq port area per foot, net volume 1.47 cu ft. Will this do fine, or can I make a more efficient enclosure for them? Reason I ask is because this is my 1st sundown build. I'm anxious to see how they do, especially since I'm wanting to do an sa 15 build for my jeep later on. Thanks in advance. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
