rockFord_Expedition
I have no battery in the front of my vehicle, currently only 1 smalley in the back. I want to run 2 g31 batteries in the back (no smalley) I want to have 2 runs of 2/0 welding cable from the alternator positive to the battery positive in the back My amplifier has dual 0 gauge inputs ( 2 positive 2 negative) How should i run my ground wires? <----- from frame to bus bars (2/0 x 2) or a good distro then from bus bars/distro to batts and amp. How should i run my positive wires? <----- from alts to bus bars/distro in the rear then to amps/batts Thanks in advance. Several companies make good Ofc to AWG standards but you can't wrong with SHCA wire since you want 2/0. For bus bars/distribution/ and terminals I would look at Ce Auto Electric (Snafu) or CNF (Kevosinn) CNF has some pretty attractive hardware, and I can't think of anyone more knowledgeable than Tony Candela a.k.a. snafu who runs CE Old School/New School RF Build March 2015 SOTM Winner How to crimp large wire
