speakers make crackling sound

I don't know. I had it tuned at a place. And that's the volume I was told.

And yes, I checked all of that. I even grounded my rcas on the back of the HU.

Loudness is off, Bluetooth setting is at zero, bass boost off, EQ flat, nothing's on.

As I said before, with my other amp hooked up, it never did this.
