That's part of the "event promoter" package for the termlab. I'm figuring I can just set up my computer so it faces the people getting metered. Yeah I know, but I can't run two displays at the same time. It's either the laptop screen or an external screen, not both. But as for a date, it looks like we are leaning towards may 24th. I'm gonna call up the park district hopefully tomorrow and will confirm everything.
