Double din HU without speaker hiss that has different illumination options and +4V preouts

I bought a Power Acoustik HU 2 yrs ago and it sucked. My fault for buying that brand

Anyway i'm in the market for a head unit that does not hiss like the Power Acoustik one I used to have did. I don't mean noise or alt whine, some cheaper HUs just have a slight hum

No Pioneers either (I have had lots of issues with PICO fuse related noise)

Mainly I am looking at Clarion and Kenwood but am open to any HU suggested that can change illumination, Ex. make buttons blue or green or red etc

Budget is 300-850

I just bought a jvc kwv10 so far I like it a lot. Just gotta get over not having Bluetooth. Under 200 though so I can't complain. 4 volt pre outs front and rear aux rear usb customizable colors etc
