Thanks bro one quick one I have is what kind of material to wrap whatever your fiberglassing in? I heard Walmart material like bed sheets or cloth would work good and also what do you put down to keep the material from moving and how many coats of Fiberglass usually? And could someone list me some of the stuff I would need and why? I think I'm ganna try to use the SMD sunflash if that eliminates any of the items

I hot glue fleece and then stretch out to get the shape I want first. Others use that Ponte, which I never have. I've been happy with fleece and it stretches well enough for me. The key is getting it stretched out well and eliminating wrinkles before any resin touches the material.

Having a roller to remove any bubbles is helpful too like this:

Make a skeleton like this out similar, depending on what moms of design or shape you want. I've seen guys do teardrop shape pieces of MDF:
