Rich Kovacs Posted February 24, 2015 Author Report Posted February 24, 2015 As far as the angles I did them that way with my chop saw and on the first layer I had a bunch of left over wood (from other boxes I have built) so as of right now the second layer on the back baffle is all I have come out of pocket for. Everything is glued, and I'm gonna sand and glass/bondo just to get it perfectly smooth.

I have never done a wall and was just trying to save space by putting the port on top. I am not opposed to doing it drivers side though. Thanks for the feedback

How long have you been working on thisA couple hours here and there before bed, then my buddies will come over and we will start bsing and get side tracked . Been doing it by myself, probably a day and a half - 2 days worth of work.just got all of the screw holes filled, the I'll design the port and center bracing.
