Products by the following list of manufacturers are repair only when a product defect occurs within the warranty period (day 1 through day 365 from the date of receipt): o Alpine o AudioControl o Audison o Avital o Blaupunkt o Boston Acoustics o Clarion o Diamond Audio o Eclipse o Infinity o JBL o JL Audio o JVC o Kenwood o Kenwood eXcelon o MB Quart o Memphis o MTX o Rockford Fosgate o Xtant # Goods covered under the Sonic Electronix warranty must be sent back to our company for warranty service to be completed. # The warranty covers only manufacturer defects for products. #The warranty does not cover: * Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation. * Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being "blown or burned". Subwoofers and speakers will not be warranted against any of the following damages: o Burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) o Punctured or damaged surrounds. o Broken speaker terminals o Bent, chipped or broken frames o Ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Sonic Electronix shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Ive bought from them before and I know their warranty policy.. no warranty for "blown or burned" subs. I bought an amp though and you have to send it to them to get fixed.
