Nothing I say can prove to you otherwise, without you being here to see anything with your own eyes, I know. I use a power-probe 3 and fluke meter during all my installs as well as disconnect battery power before making wire contact after verifying my wiring. I've spent 12 years as an automotive tech and shop owner and have recently transitioned into Motoman Robot repairs in my new field of work. Wiring is second nature to me. Again, I'm no amateur. However...this amp arrived in poor shape when advertised new and to no surprise it does not play either.
