ptcary Posted April 10, 2008 Report Posted April 10, 2008 Steve, Can you post a short explanation on the 'purpose' of the pillar pods in the Escalade, and in your Tahoe?? My guess in the Escalade is that they must help to raise the soundstage higher from all those door speaker sets(???) I'm not sure what is in the doors in your Tahoe, but really like the way the pods are done and their location, too. I am learning (over in the Mids/Highs forum) that those midranges in pods require some airspace too, are your pods sealed up on the back?? First, I was amazed by all the enclosure work in the back, but those door panel pics just blow me away! Amazing work you've done on them!
