call dc. i had the same issue when i put mine in then had to send me another adapter. iirc they over nighted it for me too

Hey there Blross91,

Did you receive an adapter harness with a blue wire and a ring terminal on it? If you did make sure that the ring terminal is looped over to the output stud of the alternator. That should resolve your battery light issue. If you did not receive a harness with your alternator please contact me via PM and I'll give you my direct phone number and we'll get a plug overnighted to you.
