Try to contact the person closest to you, and see if maybe you guys can meet up one day. If you offer to pay for gas or some beer or whatever arrangement you make, it's worth it. Better to pay a little more to have gear that is set up right in order for it to last a little longer.

Well I did the whole multimeter thing. And compared to what I had before the bass is nowhere close to the same volume. Way quieter no way that's all it is without clipping. How can I have 1931 watts at 1 ohm for my amp. And 3 500 rms subs. And not have enough power!?!?!?

They don't list the level it was recorded at, so just go ahead and use the one I said to, it's a -10dB 40hz tone, and should set you right.
