It appears, the page refreshes, and sometimes a few minutes go by before it does it again, sometimes a few days, sometimes a couple seconds. Only on this site, no other sites that I browse frequently. iPhone 6+ iOS 8.4 (12H143) Happens mostly on WiFi but sometimes on LTE. Anyone else have this issue?
