It looks almost as if that would be a grounding location due to the close quarters. However if it is a power location, I would recommend you buy a hydraulic crimper and some heat shrink. The reason I say this is because you have a much less likely chance of fucking up on crimping, where as you completely fucked up this "soldering" job..
