dthomas Posted September 9, 2015 Report Share Posted September 9, 2015 I am starting my build on my 2000 Pontiac Trans Am. I have 2 100ah batteries that weigh about 90lbs each. Unfortunately I cant put them centered anywhere or one on each side. I am going to have to put them in the rear passenger side area where the spare was. I am worried that this is gonna drop that side too much. Anyone ran into this? I was think maybe drag bags in the rear springs may help. Someone told me to get a stiffer spring just for that side but I would think that would change the handling too much. Any opinions welcome.
