Mixing batteries simple question

Also, the XS is a virgin lead battery. I wouldn't recommend mixing it with anything but another virgin lead battery as even a recycled lead AGM will age more quickly and shorten the lifespan of the XS.

Thanks guys. I took y'alls advice and ordered 2 d6500's. Now my question is wiring.

1.)Do I need wires going from alt to each battery or just one battery and then to the other?

2.)Do I need a run of neg to the back along with the positive?

3.) Should I do 2 runs to the back (saz3500d @ .5ohm)

4.) Ground the amp to the inside of the truck, or from front battery (it would be a long run since no back battery).
