andrewlicata1993 Posted November 23, 2015 Report Posted November 23, 2015 So all of a sudden my system has started to cut out. Trying to figure out why but Im no pro at this. I know the rcas are 100% remote is 100% ground is good and power is good. I also no the port behind the head unit for the rcas are 100%. The amp never goes into protection but shuts the channles off. Generally pulling both fuses and pluging them back it will get it pushing again. Any ideas? The thing that gets me is the amp never touches protection mode unless i just turn the car on but thats normal. The amp is pushing 2 l7s at 1ohm. image upload

CleanSierra Posted November 25, 2015 Report Posted November 25, 2015 First of all, it's a single channel, mono amp. So it doesn't shut off channels, but CHANNEL rather. Usually the problem you're describing is traced to an insufficient ground somewhere Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
