Just got a new laptop and want to erase everything I won't use

I've already uninstalled the cyber link and the games it comes with and some other

But the rest not sure what I can erase

is their any specific programs I shouldn't erase

All I'll run is premiere, Photoshop, illustrator and maybe iTunes

Anything hp that isn't a driver, or for a device, mcafee= junk get a better antivirus, office if you dont use it. whats rest of list
