He gains nothing by adding the second supercharger, if anything else he just made it a bigger PITA to tune the engine. He said it himself in the video he doesn't have the money to be the fastest, or the best looking, so he just built this to look sick, and still be fast as hell. Are 2 blowers needed? no, but then again the Hoopty doesn't need 8 18's either. It is in the same ballpark for me, they were built to be completely different from anything else on the road.
