pioneerforlife
So I have a Soundstream xxx-15k that has been repaired. It was fine for the first couple weeks after repair but then I started to hear a faint hum through the subs when nothing was playing. Now, for some reason, when I turn the amp on sometimes there will be a loud screeching/popping sound that comes through the subs but goes away after a couple seconds. The amp still plays fine but I'm not sure what the problem could be. Bob Tzimenatos
Check your rca's. Run a known good set from hu to amp and see what's up. Eliminate the easy stuff first
Chris Braun
Just disconnect RCA's and start'r up. Still poppin, pop off and take it back to who fixed it. They most likely used lower end components to fix a pretty beasty amp.
