Cwallaker Posted January 15, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 15, 2016 If you want to start getting into the higher power 3" voice coil subwoofers i implore you to get subs with 100 percent copper coils, sure power handling is not as good due to poor heat dissapation of copper but the sound of a copper voice coil is unmistakeable. silly question but I thought all speakers had copper voice coils ? Again I'm really new to this stuff. All I know is I love my music loud and, powerful. I'm learning as I go what it takes to make that happen .
