MADVIBES Posted January 23, 2016 Report Posted January 23, 2016 It doesnt really matter, cut the area of the port exactly in half while keping the length the same, this will tune you to the low 30's and give you what you want. there are numerous ways to do this I am sure you can come up with a fun way to do it. MADVIBES Posted January 23, 2016 Report Posted January 23, 2016 If you cant do that, put a cover over the port and put a 6" round in it. 11" long. if you go to winisd online you will find a program you can down load that does a pretty good job of giving you a predicted curve. its pretty easy to use and hours of fun. it gives you a pretty good ball park. And then also make the 18.5 in high by 2.5 in wide by 10 in long extensions going both ways 18.5 by 1.25 by 10 in long? Or leave the extensions alone? Thanks for all your help
MADVIBES Posted January 23, 2016 Report Posted January 23, 2016 Yes, the easiest way to do this is to slide a divider down the middle of the port 3 pieces cut to 18.5x whatever the total depth is is probably the easist way to perform this. MADVIBES Posted January 23, 2016 Report Posted January 23, 2016 like I mean take (3) 3\4" pieces and glue and screw them together and slide them down the center., effectively cutting the box into two completely seperate chambers, you will have to add wood to the extension pieces as well. you want the port to be the same width or as close as you can get to the same width the entire length of the port.
