Andrew Storlie
basicly im hand building a bluetooth speaker and im trying to figure out some math dealing with relative "loudness" the amp im working with i assume is about 8w-10 per channel left and right. taken from a cheap bluetooth speaker trying to figure out using math which of 2 speakers would get louder SPEAKER 1 specs 20rms rated 85.7db 2.83v/1m 80-15k hz 3.5" size SPEAKER 2 30rms rated 87.5db 2.83v/1m 80-20k hz 4" size but has a phase plug in center given the same wattage i would assume the 1st speaker would get louder given its a higher % of the rms wattage but then the 2nd speaker has a little bit higher efficiency.... both have same 4mm xmax's and 4ohm loads
