buff_n3rd Posted March 29, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 29, 2016 I should add that I have been cutting pieces smaller today and with a sharp blade you can score the foil backing then bend it in half. Take the blade and slide it down the crease for a near perfect cut. Second Skin Posted March 29, 2016 Report Share Posted March 29, 2016 The science does show that our 6.5 annealed foil is the sweet spot for constraint layer thickness (we've experimented with a few different thicknesses throughout the past 16 years).
