mike-g Posted April 5, 2016 Report Share Posted April 5, 2016 I have a hdc4 12 in a tline @30-35ish hz.and it did 136.7(forgot the freq)on 500w out the trunk of 2000 Buick park avenue,sub back port back.I have another crossfire bmf1000 to strap @2ohm 2k.but have to install wire, batteries,amp ect.I'm thinking about sealing the self with MDF as a baffle and the back seat.building a 3cuft net @34hz on 2k sub and port facing rear window, has anyone done this with positive/negative results. I tried sub up port back sub up port left sub up port right sub forward port forward pushed all the way back sub forward port forward sealed off (temp style, tons of thick hospital blankets shoved on rear deck and around seat passthrough) loudest was always sub/port back, seats down. Louder than the same gear in the Pacifica I'm driving now. But then again your buick could be completely different. 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud.
