Jamesv Posted April 14, 2016 Report Posted April 14, 2016 Built a box, some is fiberglass to maximize size with conforming box to car. It is 3 cf, 2.75 after port displacement. I have two 4" ports that are flared, for about 25" port area. It is tuned to 32 hertz. I was planning on two E-10s, but not sure if I should go with one sa-12. I think it might be too big of a box for the one sa-12. It will be powered by a Rockford amp 500w, but with a birth sheet of 800w. I know 2-10s is more cone area than 1-12, but I know there is more to it than that, and the Sa is more superior. I'm stepping up from a sealed cvr12, and needed MORE! Not VS, just wanted to put the best sub considering box size and power. Thank you in advance.
