Or is it the best solution?And if i get the alternator, do i still need the 2 high output batteries as well? definately get a new alt. i have a 200 amp alt in my silverado, the biggest walmart batt they have under the hood, the big threee in 1/0 knu conceptz the wire to the Kinetik hc2400 in the same 1/0 and the wire from the kinetik to the amp in 1/0 knu conceptz and i still get a drop in voltage to like 11.5 - 12 volts., ( like 4000 strand count or more ) and im running a DD Z1, with the gains all the way down, the bass boost all the way down and the sub eq all the way down!!!
