So I was asked to do a build for the Rockford SPL legend Greg Cobbs. At first I thought it was a joke then got a little nervous, but then I realized it would be an Honor to be apart of a project like this. So here it is......

Injen Technologies got their Hands on the C7 Corvette and installed a cold air intake at their facility in Pomona, CA

Front doors will house 2 T46.5 inch speakers each replacing the stock 10 inch bose woofer

designed the speaker rings on the cnc

test fit

copied the outside profile with a .25 inch spiral bit

checking the distance between the door panel and the factory bose woofer

primer coat to help seal it from elements

Then a Raptor Upol coat

T4 speakers are mounted

factory foam was removed from the bose 10 inch and stuck to the speaker assembly

Time for some tweeter pods. used the factory location but changed them up a bit.

Some Man Diamonds ...lol

drilled some whole so the body filler would bond to the plastic

molded the filler

test fit on the door panel

rear cargo area is tripped and ready to start the subwoofer enclosure

this is the speaker wire harness for the passenger side tesa taped to length. 3 dash speakers at the top of the pic. Then the door harness and the run to the rear

arm and hammer get it this box is going to hammer and my arm is there too...lol nevermind bad joke
