lebunt30
I have 2 orion 275g4 amps. I dont know if they are for small burps or can they be used for daily use. I want to hook each amp up to a memphis mojo dvc 2 ohm sub and bridge them down to 1 ohm. the subs can handle 1200 watts rms each. I know iam going to need a serious altenator and a battery for each amp to just power these beast. but if anybody knows will i melt these amps running them for long time at 1 ohm mono? 3vil
First off, I'm sure you've seen this already, but I'm linking it just in case... http://www.oldschoolstereo.com/2011/02/not-really-old-school-orion-hcca-275g4.html I feel as long as you have electrical to support two of those amps they should run daily just fine. lebunt30
ok thanks for the feed back. You think 1/0 is big enough wire for the altenator to battery?
lebunt30
i also have a orion 8004 2 but it wont turn on anymore. i looked at the fuses they look fine. It did have a loose connection on the board where the fuse holder was soldered in , so soldered it and then it wouldn't turn on after that. what do you think it could be?
