soda242 Posted November 3, 2016 Report Share Posted November 3, 2016 i have a capacitor in my car. day before yesterday everything was working fine. until that evening. my capacitor made a singing noise then turnt off. its only reading 8.6 the highest. i dont know what the problem is. could someone kinda lead me into what maybe the problem, my battery terminals are tight an the ground wire is tight also.
