2005 Chevy Tahoe 2 Team AA 18s Cpillar 4th Order 10k

This is a short little build log of my Tahoe. This Tahoe has been through many different changes we'll start from the very beginning when I first got the truck and started putting audio upgrades and go to where it's at now with the wall. Hope you all enjoy!



First Build: 2 DC Audio XL 15s on 1 Ampere 5k



This is when I first got the truck, of course had to get it tinted the day I bought it. This is 5% all around with 30% on the windshield.














Next was to get the deck, remote, PAC, and RCAs ran to the back.




















I was looking for a truck that had captain chairs in the back so I could put the amp between the seats.
Here's a temp rack that ended up being permanent lmfao.

Tint wasn't dark enough on the windshield so I got it redone to 20%

Now it was time to run all the power and ground wire, was a fun and long day.

This was the day I got the DCs playing. Also got my D3400 in that day and installed that in the
factory spot under the hood along with the big 3. This truck has the ground current sensor
so only one upgraded ground through the sensor to replace the stock. Back batteries were also wired
up.

Chrome bumper and white door trim on the truck had to go. Plasti dip did the trick here.

Singer 300 amp alt came in and was installled shortly after. Also got a second D3400 during this
time and got that wired up in the aux battery spot.

Second Build: 1 Team AA 18 on 1 Ampere 5k @ .5



The DCs treated me very well and I loved every minute I had with them but they had to go for bigger
and better things. Met a very nice basshead from Texas at a lake in New Mexico and sold the DCs and ordered one Team AA 18.

The Tahoe all nice and dirty. Had fun at the lake and sold my subs, was a good day lol.









Construction of the single Team AA 18 box begins.

After only a couple weeks the first Team AA was in my hands. 92 pound monster.

Now it was time for some sound deadner. Went with some b-stock damplifier pro on their black friday sale
Pulled headliner first and put 3 layers on.


















Then put 3 layers on the back hatch.

Started to treat the doors with 2 layers of second skin. Didn't get many pictures of this process but you get the idea.
