So, the POTUS has a heavy signing hand. Do Conservatives care that when Obama signed Executive Orders and Actions that they all called for impechment?

The President has some executive authority. Some choose to circumvent the will of the people with the Pen. Others use it to get around stalling or combative law makers.

There are some questionable calls being made that can be challenged. SCOTUS ends up being the deciding hand in most cases or an actual law can be passed to outline the finer details.

Does this not bother his voters? That he is using the pen at such a rapid pace leaving no discussion or explanation (real, not spun by the talking heads) other than "it will work bigly"?

There was such a mass foaming at the mouth when Obama was signing those "ilegal" "dishonest" "deceptive" orders and actions without any consult from the people who have to implement or live with his ink slinging. Is hypocrisy a point of pride now that Trump seems to be the Liar in Chief?
