Questions about koiiler amp

So I bought a koiiler xm-6650 for 20 dollars. I have a few questions ive read about koiiler before basically it doesn't seem as if people like them much but i'm not really sure why. It has 3 way protection and a light to indicate which of the 3 is causing it to go into protect, a cooling fan, and a power indicator. I don't particularly like the screw plate terminals though. I was told koiiler usually made rated power (320 rms or 250 bridged in my case (I thought amps usually made more power bridged so i thought that was weird unless they rated it at 40hz because they assumed you'd use a sub in bridged mode)). I can't really tell if it is making it's numbers or not. I don't know what size the fuses are supposed to be i put 2 20A. usually i would judge an amp by it's guts but i cant really see them in this amp the board is upside down. So whats every ones thoughts.
